We loved our stay at Melinda and Jerry’s home for 10 days. It was relaxing and we felt right at home as soon as we entered the condo. I asked several questions while there about amenities and how to buy the cute little gifts she gave us to send them to friends, and Melissa And Jerry were responsive almost immediately. We felt super well taken care of and the condo and location are really special. The view from the lanai is very beautiful..

Melinda and Jerry were great hosts for their wonderful place. They were very responsive and friendly. We also really appreciated the flexibility of letting us check in a little early so our little one could get a nap in. Their condo felt very homey and comfortable. The location was easily walkable to the beach, and we loved that they had beach equipment for transporting things like a wagon among other useful gear. Overall it was a wonderful stay. We had a great time.

Melinda & Jerry’s place was incredible! From the beautiful location to their central location, everything was perfect!
Their home is clean, spacious and a personal favorite has plenty of blankets, pillows and towels!!
We were steps away from 3 of the most beautiful, family friendly beaches and the condominium pool/hot tubs.
We can’t wait to come back to Maui and book with Melinda & Jerry again!!!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Maui! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located for exploring the island. The attention to detail in the space made it feel like a true getaway, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating.
The views were stunning, and I especially appreciated how comfortable and peaceful the space was after a day of adventuring. Whether it was relaxing on the porch or enjoying the nearby beaches, this stay made my Maui trip even more special.
I would absolutely book this place again on my next visit. Highly recommend!

Melinda and Jerry's condo in Kamaole Sands is a wonderful place to relax. It's just across the street from a great beach, which means you don't have to drive anywhere to enjoy swimming. The layout and all of the amenities make you feel at home right away. Everything is well thought out so you can enjoy your stay. Although it's a large condo unit, we found it very quiet and private. The first floor unit was perfect too. We highly recommend Melinda and Jerry's condo!

This was a fantastic place. Jerry and Melinda were extremely communicative and responsive. They even answered my detailed, annoying questions with grace 😀They had and sent a write up of local activities/things to do. The location was excellent—right across from the beach. The amenities were amazing—there were lawn chairs, a boogie board, a wagon to pull to the beach—even binoculars to use. There was a gift basket in the kitchen—even toothbrushes and a comb in each bathroom. There’s a pool, 2 hot tubs, a fitness room, pickleball and tennis courts in the condo complex.
Highly recommend—we will stay here again if we are back in Maui! Thanks, Jerry and Melinda!

My husband, 8 month old and I had a wonderful stay. The pack n play and first floor unit were perfect for a starting to move baby. The amenities both on the unit and around the complex are amazing which is why this wasn’t our first stay at kam sands. We also enjoy how walkable it is to the beach and restaurants!! Melinda and Jerry have been amazing to communicate with and we would recommend staying here to anyone!!

Stayed for 10 days. Whether you are staying 5 days or 90 days this place has everything you need. 4 adults and 2 toddlers slept comfortably. Can’t beat Kamaole sands. Best property in Kihei. Jerry and Melinda very quick to respond to any questions we had. The place was great - extremely clean and very close to a great, quite beach. 10min drive to about everything from great restaurants to grocery stores & ABC’s. Would recommend to anyone considering visiting Maui!

I thought this condo was lovely. Really fantastic location close to the beach. The whole complex is very peaceful and was a great place to unwind. Much more value for the money compared to the expensive hotels. The condo was very clean and kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes.
