Even during the storm and power outage, we felt completely at ease in this home. It truly had everything we needed — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped, with a super comfy bed. The hosts were amazing: always communicative, keeping us updated, and even leaving snacks for us. Beautiful beach and walkable by beach to ABC store, bakery and farmers market. The location is great, and it really felt like a home away from home. We can’t recommend this place enough — such wonderful hosts and a perfectly prepared home! Hope to stay here again!

Loved the condo, the grounds were beautiful, lots of birds and lizards. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and wagon, made it super easy to spend the day at the beach, which was just a short walk away and had lifeguards -we even swam with turtles! The gift baskets were a nice addition. Our 7 year old loved it as well and begged us to stay longer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 28 night stay in this lovely, beachy condo! It was like being at home! Melinda & Jerry are stellar hosts! They haven't missed a thing in providing everything you need for a delightful, beach vacation! She even talked mr through TV setup! Recommended great restaurants, too! The location is great. The complex is pretty quiet and very well maintained. The pool & patio were cleaned daily. The beach is RIGHT there & just lovely! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and would stay there again!

Our favorite place out of the mini we have stayed at Kamaole Sands in Kihei. Great kitchen, great bed and perfect location. The hosts are very easy to work with.

We had stayed there a couple of years ago. We enjoy the area. They are very responsive to any questions. They provide very nice amenities to enhance your stay. Perfect view for the spectacular sunsets.

We really enjoyed our vacation at Sugar Beach Resort. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and offered everything we needed for a quiet getaway. And the sunset views were incredible! A short walk away is a fantastic bakery with delicious tropical scones next to a great little farmers market with lots of fresh fruit. It was an amazing stay with wonderful and communicative hosts. We had a great stay. The bed was really comfortable, the place was spotless, and it had everything we needed. The location is perfect, just a one minute walk to a lifeguarded beach where we even swam with a turtle. The complex felt very safe, and while the 24/7 security wasn’t needed, it was nice to have. Melinda and Jerry were wonderful hosts with great local tips. We’d love to come back and will definitely stay again.
