I stayed here with my wife for our honeymoon and it was wonderful! The location in Kihei is perfect you are max 45 minutes away from most things on Maui. The resort is nice, has a nice pool, hottub, and a sauna. Awesome surrounding restaurants that are walkable. Hosts are very responsive and left clear instructions for check in and check out. Hosts even leave a helpful rundown of fun things to do around the island! All things beach related included (bougies, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, coolers, towels, bags, etc. 10/10 would stay again, there is a reason for the 4.9+ star rating.

These guys and this stay…amazing! Best hosts we’ve ever had, and we’ve had some fantastic hosts! From the guidance before we even left home to the fantastic and elaborate recs once we were there, Melinda and Jerry went above and beyond. We basically knew what to do every day and night we were there and they were spot on with their information. Very responsive and flexible. The location was so peaceful and relaxing. Also within close distance to everything, some walkable, some easy l, short drives. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We are very grateful for the experience they enabled for us. It was really fantastic!

Super cute condo in a great location, easy to get anywhere on the island. We especially loved walking Sugar Beach every morning and enjoyed many breakfasts on the lanai. Also appreciated the “extras” -toiletries, welcome basket, and beach gear. Highly recommend!

We had such a great stay at this condo in Maui! It was super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was awesome—really easy to get to both Makena and Lahaina, which made exploring the island a breeze. We especially loved having our morning coffee out on the lanai with that beautiful ocean view. The host was great with communication and check-in was totally smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had a great time at Melinda and Jerry's condo at Sugar Beach Resort. We stayed for 12 nights and had everything we needed. The grounds are well-kept. We especially enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from the lanai and the sounds of the waves and the waterfall right outside the condo. The fans and the air conditioning made the inside temperature comfortable. The kitchen had everything one would need to make yummy meals. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was very strong, which we really appreciated! Colette at the snorkel store/rental on the grounds of the resort was so very nice and helpful and offered information on restaurants, good snorkeling spots and tours, if you need advice. We would recommend Melinda and Jerry's condo for your next visit to Maui!

Paradise! The condo was exactly as advertised. Unit was clean and freshened. Bed was comfortable and shower was great. Kitchen was well-stocked - Melinda and Jerry were superb hosts and their pre-trip communication clearly outlined what items were available in the pantry. Greatly appreciated having the beach chairs and umbrella on hand! Spent every morning on the terrace looking at the palm trees and the water. Kihei and Sugar Beach area is funky and neat - lovely walkable beach, plenty of bars and cafes within 10-minute drive, plus easy access to main roads out to east and west ends. Great central location, easy living, friendly and caring hosts. Highly recommend for your next trip to Maui!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. View was fantastic. Owners incredibly responsive and reached out several times to see if we needed anything. Will definitely book again next year.

Wonderful stay at a great location, relaxed atmosphere with all the amenities. Welcome basket was a nice touch and recommendations were very helpful (malasadas from Sugar Beach Bakery - yum!). Had a fantastic time - thanks Melinda and Jerry!

We couldn’t have asked for a more spectacular place to stay while we celebrated our marriage. Our friends were able to find rooms as well. We all enjoyed the location and property.
