We had stayed there a couple of years ago. We enjoy the area. They are very responsive to any questions. They provide very nice amenities to enhance your stay. Perfect view for the spectacular sunsets.

We really enjoyed our vacation at Sugar Beach Resort. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and offered everything we needed for a quiet getaway. And the sunset views were incredible! A short walk away is a fantastic bakery with delicious tropical scones next to a great little farmers market with lots of fresh fruit. It was an amazing stay with wonderful and communicative hosts. Thank you!

We had a great stay. The bed was really comfortable, the place was spotless, and it had everything we needed. The location is perfect, just a one minute walk to a lifeguarded beach where we even swam with a turtle. The complex felt very safe, and while the 24/7 security wasn’t needed, it was nice to have. Melinda and Jerry were wonderful hosts with great local tips. We’d love to come back and will definitely stay again.

Melinda and Jerry’s place was one of the best, most well equipped places we have ever stayed in! It had everything you need for a beach vacation (beach chairs, beach toys, and a wagon to carry it all in!!) The location is perfect! Just a quick walk to the beach! Melinda and Jerry were extremely accommodating, and great to communicate with! We will definitely stay at their place again!

We had an incredible stay at this beachfront condo in Maui! The place was well-maintained and offered stunning ocean views. Our host was exceptionally kind and resourceful, going above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable during our visit.
We arrived on tsunami day, and we were offered a safe place to shelter, which truly showed their dedication to guest safety and comfort.
The condo itself provided great value for the price, it was impeccably clean with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was well maintained and the beach was steps away.
We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Maui.

We loved our stay at Melinda and Jerry’s home for 10 days. It was relaxing and we felt right at home as soon as we entered the condo. I asked several questions while there about amenities and how to buy the cute little gifts she gave us to send them to friends, and Melissa And Jerry were responsive almost immediately. We felt super well taken care of and the condo and location are really special. The view from the lanai is very beautiful..

I stayed here with my wife for our honeymoon and it was wonderful! The location in Kihei is perfect you are max 45 minutes away from most things on Maui. The resort is nice, has a nice pool, hottub, and a sauna. Awesome surrounding restaurants that are walkable.
Hosts are very responsive and left clear instructions for check in and check out. Hosts even leave a helpful rundown of fun things to do around the island!
All things beach related included (bougies, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, coolers, towels, bags, etc.
10/10 would stay again, there is a reason for the 4.9+ star rating.

Melinda and Jerry were great hosts for their wonderful place. They were very responsive and friendly. We also really appreciated the flexibility of letting us check in a little early so our little one could get a nap in. Their condo felt very homey and comfortable. The location was easily walkable to the beach, and we loved that they had beach equipment for transporting things like a wagon among other useful gear. Overall it was a wonderful stay. We had a great time.

These guys and this stay…amazing! Best hosts we’ve ever had, and we’ve had some fantastic hosts! From the guidance before we even left home to the fantastic and elaborate recs once we were there, Melinda and Jerry went above and beyond. We basically knew what to do every day and night we were there and they were spot on with their information. Very responsive and flexible. The location was so peaceful and relaxing. Also within close distance to everything, some walkable, some easy l, short drives. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We are very grateful for the experience they enabled for us. It was really fantastic!
